Notification: Any issues with your panels must be reported to Acrilam within seven (7) years from the date of manufacture.
Warranty Period: The warranty period starts from the date of purchase of the panels.
Important: Failure to follow the recommended care and maintenance instructions may cause damage to your panels and will void your warranty entitlement.
Exclusions:
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear.
Panels must be installed in compliance with the Australian/New Zealand Domestic Kitchen Standard (AS 4386:2018). Incorrect installation, failure to adhere to fabrication and installation guidelines, or use with incompatible cabinetry will void the warranty.

Acrilam panels are crafted from premium materials designed to provide durable, long-lasting performance.
Do not remove the protective film until you have thoroughly read the care and maintenance instructions below, and only after all other trade work on your project has been completed.
Panel Substrates and Installation:
MDI Alfresco Substrate (Outdoor Use):
Although Acrilam panels are made with moisture-resistant materials, wood-based panels cannot be made completely waterproof.
For outdoor applications using MDI Alfresco substrate panels, installation must be in fully enclosed and roofed areas to protect from direct exposure to rain, water, and sunlight.
Additionally, all exposed edges must be properly edged and completely sealed to prevent moisture ingress.
Moisture Resistant MDF Substrate (Indoor Use):
For panels made with MR MDF substrate designed for internal environments, it is crucial to promptly wipe up any spills. Avoid prolonged exposure to high moisture, steam, or humidity to prevent damage.
Warranty Notice:
Failure to adhere to these care and maintenance guidelines may result in damage to your Acrilam panels and will void your warranty coverage.
Wipe down Acrilam panels using a soft, damp cloth with warm, soapy water.
For tougher stains, apply a high-quality, streak-free glass cleaner according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
To ensure that your Acrilam warranty will not be void, DO NOT USE the following on Acrilam doors and panels:
Additional Care Tips:
Avoid contact with sharp objects that may scratch or damage the surface.
Use range hoods when cooking to minimize exposure to steam and cooking oil vapors, which can negatively affect the surface finish.
Regular gentle cleaning helps maintain the look and durability of your panels.
